Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members at Salon 209. These appointments are reserved especially for you, and we understand schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a fee. Same day cancellations & No Show appointments will be charged a fee in the amount of the services booked. A credit card is required to book all appointments.

Refunds

Salon 209 does not offer refunds on services.
